We ship only what we are proud to put our name on. When the work is not there yet, we say so, to each other and to the client, and we keep going until it is.
Understand it before you design it.
You cannot simplify what you do not understand. We learn the product, the person using it, and the best version in the category before we open Figma.
Full ownership.
You hold the product from the first call to launch, and you present your own work. Design here is not a service desk. You are the reason it ships at a bar that gets us referred.
Range over specialty.
We work across the whole range, from brand and design systems to product flows and prototypes. We would rather have one person who can hold all of it than a row of specialists who each own a corner.
Move fast, async by default.
We are remote and async, and we trust you to run your own time. We keep the work focused on a few real bets, so we can move fast and hold the bar at the same time.
