About the role

This is not a support role. You run delivery across five or more accounts at once. You are the primary point of contact, you run the client calls, and you turn founder goals into clear priorities for designers and engineers. How we deliver is part of what clients are buying, so you are designing that too.

When scope creeps, you push back. When a timeline slips, you fix it before anyone asks. Clients rely on you, and the team looks to you for direction.

What you'll do

• Be the primary point of contact for your accounts. Run the client calls.
• Turn founder goals into clear priorities for designers and engineers.
• Own timelines, scope, and resourcing across every active account.
• Catch scope creep, risk, and blockers early. Solve them, do not just pass them up.
• Turn the daily flood of client comments into clear, batched task lists, so designers keep their focus.
• Keep Linear, Slack, and the project docs tight. No stale tasks, no unanswered threads.
• Run the studio's operating cadence: standups, reviews, and handoffs.

What we're looking for

• 4+ years running delivery or accounts at an agency, studio, or product team.
• You can carry 5+ client accounts at once without dropping anything.
• You can run a meeting, hold the room, and keep it moving.
• You write clearly. Short messages, not essays.
• You understand design and dev workflows enough to see problems early.
• Proactive by default. You chase, you do not wait.
• Comfortable working async and remote.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.
• Bonus: experience with founder-stage clients, and familiarity with Linear and Figma.

Compensation

We pay a competitive market rate, and share the full band before we move forward with an interview. There is also an opportunity for equity after 12 months.
